St. Francis Torrington – Staff Bios

 rhonda  Rhonda L. Sawyer, MMSc, PA-C

Ms. Sawyer received her Masters of Medical Science Degree from Yale University School of Medicine.  She has an extensive background treating work related injuries including laceration and wound repair, orthopedic casting and splinting, she also performs pre-employment physicals as well as being a DOT Certified Medical Examiner. She is a Yale Merit Scholarship recipient as well as a member of the CONNAPA, Connecticut Chapter of AAPA.

Jeanine Thibault

Jeanine Thibault, CMA, Site Manager

Jeanine’s LinkedInMs. Thibault received her Certification in Medical Assisting from Greater Hartford Community College. She has vast knowledge and experience in occupational medicine with a focus on Firefighter Clearance programs. Ms. Thibault is a Certified Hearing Conservationist, trained in NIOSH Spirometry, and a Certified Breath Alcohol and DOT Drug Screen Collector. She has been employed by St. Francis since 2005.

Robin Goff

Robin Goff, RT(R)

Ms. Goff has been employed by St. Francis since 2008. She is a registered Radiologic Technologist and a Medical Technologist. Ms. Goff has over 35 years experience in the medical field and is a key member of our Saint Francis Occupational Health staff. Ms. Goff has an extensive background in diagnostic radiography.She is also highly trained in front office administration and excels in her additional office roles as Medical Receptionist and Insurance Claims Coordinator.
She is a member of the American Society of Radiology Technologists and the American Association of Radiology Technologists and is licensed in the state of Connecticut.

James Montana

James Montana, PT, DPT

Mr. Montana received his Bachelor’s degree in Education from Central Connecticut State in 1976. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from UCONN in 1980. Most recently, Mr. Montana received a Transitional Doctor of Physical Therapy in July of 2010. He has vast physical therapy knowledge and experience. Mr. Montana continually takes related courses in physical therapy to keep on the cutting edge of new procedures. Mr. Montana has been employed by St. Francis since 2008.

Carol Stiles, PTA, CMA

Ms. Stiles has been employed by St. Francis since 2011. She is a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant and Certified Medical Assistant. Ms. Stiles has a strong background in health care and customer service. Ms. Stiles comes to us with three Associates Degrees, majoring in Behavioral Science, Medical Assisting and Physical Therapy Assistant. A tri-graduate of Northwestern Connecticut Community College, Ms. Stiles previously worked in the business office for Cigna, a leading insurance company, adding to her medical credentials. She currently serves as the Treasurer for the Connecticut State Medical Assistants. She is also a Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society member.
