George Moore, M.D Occupational Health Physician
Dr. Moore received his medical degree from the University Autonomous of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Dr. Moore completed his Internal Medicine internship at Bronx Lebanon Hospital in Bronx, New York and his General Preventive and Public Health Residency at Mount Sinai Hospital Medical Center in New York, NY where he received his Masters in Community Science.
Dr. Moore is a diplomate of the American Board of Preventive Medicine. He is Board Certified in Occupational Medicine and General Preventive Medicine and Public Health. He is also a Certified Medical Review Officer and a Fellow of the American College of Preventive Medicine. Dr. Moore has been employed by St. Francis Hospital since 2003.
Curt Anderson, R.T.R., Site Manager/Radiologic Technologist
Mr. Anderson is the Site Manager and a Radiologic Technologist for the Center for Occupational Health in Windsor, CT. He graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. He received his Radiologic Technologist Certification from Hartford Hospital School of Allied Health in 1995 with honors. He is certified as a Breath Alcohol Technician, CAOHC certified in Audiometry and NIOSH certified in Spirometry. He has extensive experience and knowledge in Occupational Health and has been employed by Saint Francis since 1998.
Dan Henck, Lead Physical Therapist
Mr. Henck is nationally registered and a CT licensed physical therapist. The emphasis of his profession involves orthopedic diagnosis and rehabilitation as it relates to sports/work related injuries, general orthopedic injuries, and post surgical orthopedic rehabilitation. He is a graduate of The University of Hartford and has extensive training involving Cyriax, Mulligan and McKenzie protocols for evaluation and treatment. Mr. Henck has been employed with Saint Francis since 2006.
Janet Denman, RN, COHN-S
Ms. Denman is a registered nurse in both Connecticut and Massachusetts and received her nursing degree from Providence Hospital School of Nursing in Holyoke, MA. She is a Certified Occupational Health Nurse Specialist and a Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist. Ms. Denman is a member of the American Association of Occupational Health Nurses, Inc., New England Association of Occupational Health Nurses, the Connecticut Association of Occupational Health Nurses and the Hartford Association of Occupational Health Nurses. She has vast knowledge and experience in the Occupational Medicine field and has worked in Occupational Health since 1977. She has been employed by Saint Francis since 2005.
Addy LeFebre, Rehab Tech,
Ms. LeFebre has been with St. Francis Hospital since 2003. She assists the Physical Therapy Department with patient care, billing and coordinates outside patient referrals. Addy is also a Spanish interpreter with a training certificate. Prior to joining Saint Francis, Addy worked as a Certified Nurse Aide and as an Administrative Assistant.
Esteban Sanchez, Van Driver/Clerk
Mr. Sanchez’s duties include transporting injured employees to and from the workplace. When not transporting employees Esteban helps in the front office. He is CPR certified, has a public service license and is fluent in Spanish. He has been employed by Saint Francis Hospital since 2009.
Heidi Susla, R.T.R., Radiologic Technologist
Ms. Susla is a Radiologic Technologist with medical assistant experience. She received an Associate of Science degree in Diagnostic Radiography from Gateway Community College in 1994. Ms.Susla has vast knowledge and experience in the Occupational Medicine field. She is a Certified DOT Urine Drug Collector, Breath Alcohol Technician, is NIOSH Certified in Spirometry, and CAOHC Certified in Audiometry. Heidi has been employed with Saint Francis since 2006.
Ms Rodney has been with St. Francis Hospital since 2012 and with Occupational Health since 2014. She assists with the every- day administrative functioning of the front office. SueZanne brings to The Center, a wealth of work experiences from a wide spectrum of environments. Prior to joining Saint Francis Occupational Health, SueZanne worked for several years with The Travelers Workers Compensation team (Lic. Adjuster 1999); A residential paralegal (Associates 2000); and lately as a medical receiptionist at the St. Francis Burgdorf Clinic.
