James Mazo, MD, Occupational Health Physician
Dr. Mazo received his M.D. degree from Boston University 1993. He completed his residency in Surgery at the University of Connecticut Health Center in 1988. Dr. Mazo completed his Postdoctoral Fellowship in Vascular Surgery at Pennsylvania State University, College of Medicine. He is Board Certified in Occupational Medicine and General Surgery. Dr. Mazo has been Medical Director for St. Francis Occupational Health for the past 8 years.
Jason Strickland, APRN, MSN, FNP-BC
Jason is an Occupational Health provider with previous experience in urgent care, primary care and occupational health. Born and raised in Hartford, he is a graduate of University of Saint Joseph Family Nurse Practitioner program with MS in Nursing 2012. Also, he has earned Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Connecticut in both nursing and nutritional science. Rising to the rank of MAJ (ret), he has served in the Connecticut Army National Guard for 25 years supporting medical operations. Deployed as a nurse in 2004 for support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Sigma Theta Tau member: International Nursing Honor Society.
Michele Stevens, Clinic Manager, Graduate Nurse
Ms. Stevens received her Associates of Science degree in Nursing from Goodwin College in 2007. She is a Certified occupational hearing conservationist, and holds certifications in Breath Alcohol Testing, CPR, NIDA Drug Screen collections, and NIOSH spirometry testing. Ms. Stevens also received a Certificate in Workplace Safety from Springfield Technical Community College, Center for Business and Technology. Ms. Stevens received an Associates degree in Business from Greater Hartford Community College in 1991. She has been an accomplished Site Manager for 16 years. Ms. Stevens previously worked as an assistant case manager for Healthdirect, dealing with workers compensation cases.
Theresa Kilduff, LPN
Ms. Kilduff has twenty-five years of nursing experience. She is a Certified Breath Alcohol Technician and is a Certified Hearing Conservationist. Ms. Kilduff has been with Occupational Health since 1997.
