Curt Anderson, R.T.R., Site Manager/Radiologic Technologist
Mr. Anderson is the Site Manager and a Radiologic Technologist for the Center for Occupational Health in Windsor, CT. He graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1990 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. He received his Radiologic Technologist Certification from Hartford Hospital School of Allied Health in 1995 with honors. He is certified as a Breath Alcohol Technician, CAOHC certified in Audiometry and NIOSH certified in Spirometry. He has extensive experience and knowledge in Occupational Health and has been employed by Saint Francis since 1998.
Carol Klein Adult Nurse Practitioner
Carol graduated from Northeastern University with a Master’s Degree in 1996. She has worked in Occupational Health since graduating in a variety of settings that include hospitals, bio-pharmaceutical companies as well as free standing clinics. Prior to joining St. Francis in 2016 she was employed by Reliant Medical Group. Carol is also a certified medical examiner for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
Dan Henck, Lead Physical Therapist
Mr. Henck is nationally registered and a CT licensed physical therapist. The emphasis of his profession involves orthopedic diagnosis and rehabilitation as it relates to sports/work related injuries, general orthopedic injuries, and post surgical orthopedic rehabilitation. He is a graduate of The University of Hartford and has extensive training involving Cyriax, Mulligan and McKenzie protocols for evaluation and treatment. Mr. Henck has been employed with Saint Francis since 2006.
Janet Denman, RN, COHN-S
Ms. Denman is a registered nurse in both Connecticut and Massachusetts and received her nursing degree from Providence Hospital School of Nursing in Holyoke, MA. She is a Certified Occupational Health Nurse Specialist and a Certified Occupational Hearing Conservationist. Ms. Denman is a member of the American Association of Occupational Health Nurses, Inc., New England Association of Occupational Health Nurses, the Connecticut Association of Occupational Health Nurses and the Hartford Association of Occupational Health Nurses. She has vast knowledge and experience in the Occupational Medicine field and has worked in Occupational Health since 1977. She has been employed by Saint Francis since 2005.
Addy LeFebre, Rehab Tech,
Ms. LeFebre has been with St. Francis Hospital since 2003. She assists the Physical Therapy Department with patient care, billing and coordinates outside patient referrals. Addy is also a Spanish interpreter with a training certificate. Prior to joining Saint Francis, Addy worked as a Certified Nurse Aide and as an Administrative Assistant.
Heidi Susla, R.T.R., Radiologic Technologist
Ms. Susla is a Radiologic Technologist with medical assistant experience. She received an Associate of Science degree in Diagnostic Radiography from Gateway Community College in 1994. Ms.Susla has vast knowledge and experience in the Occupational Medicine field. She is a Certified DOT Urine Drug Collector, Breath Alcohol Technician, is NIOSH Certified in Spirometry, and CAOHC Certified in Audiometry. Heidi has been employed with Saint Francis since 2006.
Marla Rosner, Medical Assistant
Ms. Rosner has been with St Francis Occ Health since 2014 as a medical assistant. She has 25 years experience as a medical assistant with 8years in Wound Care and Limb Salvage at Hartford Hospital.
Cindy Dennis, P.T.
Ms. Dennis received her Master’s in Physical Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1993. She has worked in Nebraska, California, and South Dakota in addition to Connecticut. She is a certified clinical instructor. She has extensive training in soft tissue mobilization and has been employed with Saint Francis since 2014.
John “Jack” Pike, Physician Assistant
Jack has been a St Francis employee since 1993. He has been a PA since 1975 having trained in Illinois and worked there for 12 years before moving to Connecticut in 1984. Prior to joining the Occupational Medicine staff, he was with the cardiac surgery program at St Francis for almost 23 years.
Jack is a fellow member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and was awarded the title of Distinguished Fellow of the AAPA in 2006. Jack is a member of the American Academy of Occupational Medicine Physician Assistants. He is a certified medical examiner for the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration.
He is a member of the board of trustees of the Christian Medical and Dental Associations (CMDA) based in Bristol, Tennessee and serves as a team leader for overseas medical mission trips.
